These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ground to Green website at www.groundtogreen.com and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Ground to Green is a sustainable kitchenware brand committed to replacing single-use plastics with planet-friendly alternatives. Our products are designed to be durable, beautiful, and better for the environment.
2. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery to Metro Adelaide (SA) is a flat rate of $30 + GST ($33.00). For Regional SA and Interstate orders, shipping costs vary by location — we recommend contacting us for a quote before placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@groundtogreen.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Sustainability Commitment
All Ground to Green products are made from sustainably sourced or recycled materials. Product descriptions include details of the materials used. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur between batches due to the natural nature of our materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Ground to Green and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, Ground to Green's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We use your data only to process orders, manage your account, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. Our products and services comply with the Australian Consumer Law as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
